I have the HP AiO 22. I work from home using Voip, a key pad and virtual desk top. The PCU is my personal equipment. When I nail-up and log in to work(in bound call center) I can hear my customers but they, nor my colleagues(internal calls) can hear me.
This is my second day using the companies software. It worked perfectly the first day. My IT suggested I change my volume settings on PC. I only adj the PC sleep settings. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
