Hi everyone, audio does not work in Pavilion 500-160el, it cannot find the device, and I don't really know how to solve this problem. Windows 10 edition 1909 is installed on the pc. Please does anyone know how to solve this problem?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, gets the sound to work again.
