You're very welcome.

Please post the product number of your PC.

Use this guide to find that information...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01492484

From what you described it may have the Ralink 3290 wifi adapter which has that issue with W10.

Yep.

That's the problem.

The parts list for your PC indicates that it comes with a RT3290 wifi adapter.

http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=H3Z77AA

No fix other than to replace it.

Here are your options...

Internal replacement...

Here is the link to the service manual for your PC.

Hopefully the manual will get you to where the wifi card is located.

It will not have a procedure to remove and replace the wifi card.

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03598969

If your PC has two antenna cables connected to the Ralink wifi card in there now, you should be able to replace it with this one...

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001

The card is readily available on eBay or Amazon.

Search by the HP part number, not by the model number of the wireless card.

If it only has one antenna cable connected to the wifi card in there, you can replace it with an equivalent card...

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter    HP Part # 753077-001

You can probably find the Realtek card on eBay.

Your other option would be to purchase an external USB wireless network adapter.

You may as well get a dual band one of those.

Hello

Yes !

the manual given by @Paul_Tikkanen  , does not help more than that for the replacement of the wifi card
you have the manual here to disassemble the motherboard, everything is detailed

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-23-d000-touchsmart-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/5295879...

Step 18
If present, remove the wireless LAN card.
Remove the two screws and connector on the wireless LAN card and lift it off the motherboard.
Save the screws for wireless LAN card replacement.
