builtin speaker not working

HP Recommended
pro desk P5K32ES
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After receiving the windows 10 updates about a month ago the built in speaker did not work. I tried installing the updates for the driver also tried down loading a driver from HP after restarting it works for twodays and then stops. Everytime I have to update the driver and restart to get the speakr working. How do I solve this issue?
