I have a JBL Charge 4 bluetooth speaker which I have used with this desktop before. Lately, it has become increasingly difficult to get the connection to work consistently. This morning, I could not get it to connect so I followed a recommendation of deleting the device and adding it again. However, when I try to do so, it just says "unknown device" and won't let me connect. Oddly, when I go to Device Manager, JBL Charge 4 is listed under Bluetooth devices
I have restarted, turned bluetooth on and off, run the troubleshooter for bluetooth... you name it, I've tried it. I'm at a loss here and need help!
