Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, as others have also stated. I've had this error for a longtime. HP software up to date, and speakers are all connected properly, but I'm getting an error on the Device Manager. I've tried every USB port and I've also tried multiple USB-B cables to power on the speaker function of the monitor with no luck. There's just no power:

Drivers seem to only work for the video aspect of it. I don't hear any sound at all. Again, everything is plugged properly.

Hello,

I was able to manually add the device with the serial number/product number. Still no luck. Says the drivers are up to date.

I am starting to believe that the monitor's USB port is just faulty. I've tried every USB (USB3.0 and USB2.0) port on my PC and I've even tried a USB-B 2.0 and 3/0 cable to connect the monitor to the PC. It must be the monitor bad. Seems like others have had this issue unresolved as well.
