Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything I can think of to get my sound to stay at one volume. It pops up higher and then pops down radomly

like it has a short or something. Sometimes it will work for awhile and then it makes a sound like when you play with the audio

cable and then pops up louder and then pops down. I have updated drivers, uninstalled drivers and had online guys work on it and nothing fixes it.  Any ideas.  I am using Windows 10 and everything is updated.  I am using IDT  drivers. Audio cables are

brand new. No change.
