Product: HP All-in-One PC 27-dp0016no

Hey. I just bought this PC. and its sounds wierd. i think it is the fan that sounds so loud. Its like a (brrrrrr) sounds like a boat. What is that? I mean its very loud sound. And the computer dosent work at high cpu. It still sounds bad. I dont know what the problem is. But this can not be good?

Please ensure you have the latest BIOS installed https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

 

And also follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01007591
