HP Pavilion x 360 convertible
There are no audio devices detectable during many HP and Microsoft tests. They are gone. I need to know how to install the factory audio hardware. I have no speakers and no microphone.

If that doesn't work, then the only other suggestion I can offer would be to back up your files and use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset your notebook's drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
Here is a link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
