Hello you all,

 

Michel here from the netherlands. I have a problem. My beats audio doesn't work any more. I tried so many things but still it doesn't work. Can somebody tells me which driver I need to install? When I bought the pc it was running on Windows 8. Then I upgrade to Windows 8.1 But at that time it didn't work that well so I went back to Windows 8. And then I upgrade to Windows 10. When I use the old drivers for Windows 8 the beats audio icon come's back in hidden icon's. I can open it. I can use the program, but it's not really working. In the past there was also an icon in my control panel, but now it's not. And this is the problem I think. I really hope that somebody can help me out. The sounds is terrible now. But please explain me good how to solve it. Like first delete the old driver, restart the pc. Then install the new.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install this W10 IDT audio driver, restart the PC, and see if that resolves the problem.

This doesn’t solve the problem. Now the beats audio icon is also gone in hidden icons
