See if installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC gets the sound to work again...

 

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

Same computer, same issue; the driver doesn't appear to exist. I tried to install the driver, but during the installation I keep getting the message "The hardware detected is not supported by this IDT software package. The install will be aborted."

 

Please help!
