microphone

I have the same problem with microphone. My computer is HP pavilion p6 series ruuning in Windows 10, microphone is Webcam 720P. It worked well before, but not works for few months. It can work for short time, then mute itself. Tried different microphone in this computer, all the same happend. I have another computer running in Windows 10 and no this problem. Some one said this is the problem with HP computer and might due to some virus. Please help me to solve this problem.

I tried your recommendation from the youtube vidio and it work well though scan the computer for long time. It solved my problem. Thank you very much.
