idk y but my hp recline 23 is not producing audio through the speakers or headphone jacks but only i can get audio when i connect a bluetooth device

Hi:

 

You didn't post the model number of your PC, but if it has the IDT Audio chip, then install this W10 audio driver, restart the PC and the sound should work again.
