I understand that you are unable to get any audio from your notebook, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Have you tried using a headphone on your computer?
Request you uninstall the audio driver from device manager.
Device manager can be accessed by doing a right-click on the Windows button.
Please delete the driver when prompted during uninstall.
Restart your computer.
Download the new driver from this link and install it on your computer to resolve the issue.
