Product: HP ENVY 23 TouchSmart PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was getting help through microsoft support about an audio issue i've been happening and they directed me here for additional assistance. They told me that my current audio driver is for windows 8, and is not compatible with my current edition which is windows 10 21h1??? Please help.

Hi:

 

If your PC has the IDT audio system, see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model PC also works on yours.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver...

 

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

 

File name: sp71717.exe
