Product: all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ran the trouble shooter and it doesnt show Win 10 as an operationg system.  It also doesnt show any speakers which should be built into my all in one compter.  When I search for an updated driver, it says my device isnt functioning

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer if your PC originally came with the IDT audio chip would be to see if this W10 IDT audio driver gets the sound to work again.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
