no audio device is conneted' This issue arised after updating the windows 11 to the latest version. i experienced this issue before 5 days still i have the issue . Now iam not able to hear the sound. i checked the components test - the test is passed so this is not a speaker issue . iam unable to control the audi0. HP whatsapp service also failed to do this. Now they asked for money as service charges to solve. i quesitionned them if you failed to service this can i get the refund .he replied NO
