Please help. I don't know why I have no sound and it says I don't have a audio driver but when I try to download it I get an error message

try to install the correct driver...if it says it doesnt meet the requirements...you are sure trying to install a driver for something else.

I tried installing the driver and it said something wasn't running correctly and couldn't install it
