Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The message is IDTNGUI.exe stopped working.  What do I do to fix this as I have no sound from the HP Pavilion computer?

When requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.  I believe that you will have to reinstall the sound driver.  Once I have the model of the computer, I will help you further.

The ms chat room also came up with a reinstall, which I did yesterday. It's working now. Thanks!!!
