no sound

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

says no audio devies connected. I downloaded two software drivers sp78770 and sp84049 but not sure how to install them .

I click on administrator and then open and it went back to installing the driver

red x next to speaker icon. Did a total reinstall of windows and it never installed the audio drivers. I installed the audio drivers, no luck. Computer is 15 months old, do you think it is the sound card? Device manager does not show the sound line .

I even bought a software program called reimage which is supposed to fix the drivers. That did not work either.

The model is Pavilian 570-p026. It's 15 months old.

I spent many hours trying to fix it and also spent some tim e withn a tech support from Advanced nServices Pro. She sould not any soujnd for me.

I finally called HP and had top pay $49.99 to get them to fix it. He took over the computer and fixed it in about five minutes
