HP Recommended

I am unable to speak and hear when in video chat.  The troubleshooter says there is an unknown problem that it is unable to solve.  My microphone and speakers test fine.  I am able to stream music fine.  I have tried for hours to find the setting to get this to work.  I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the devices and updated the drivers.
