Pavillion 23-q114
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

yesterdy when I point to the volume control in the task bar a volume slider appeared on the screen alloing me to adjust the volume. Today the volume slider is missing and all I get is a menu for audio settings. I uninstalled the audio Realtek driver and reinstalled it but that has not fixed the problem. The volume control on my wireless key board do not work. How do I recover the audio slider.? It was very convienant?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

Appreciate all your time and efforts!

Unisntall audio drivers from device manager

Then, update the bios chipset and audio drivers from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-23-q100-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series-to...

Note: update the previous version of the audio driver, not the latest version.

Keep me posted, how it goes!
