"Notification" like sound doesn't stop

Hello I've bought a new laptop last week and it keeps making this notification like sound, the sound is inconsistent and out of no where, when I turned off notification it still played but when I mute my laptop it stops, I really don't know what the problem is and the sound is getting on my nerves, here is a video so u can hear it https://www.reddit.com/r/HPLaptops/s/rnRfq4b000 if anyone knows a solution please let me know

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you! 

I understand that you are facing issues with a random beep sound from your PC. 

Try updating the driver and Bios and see if that continues. Click here

Run a test on SOUND and see if that gives you any error. Click here

If the issue persists, I would personally suggest this could be a hardware failure with the PC. I would recommend you contact our HP phone support for further assistance.
