I keep getting sounds like loud music, people talking, radio shows anytime I'm on the computer

What do you mean exactly?
Without doing anything in particular, can you hear this from the computer?
What are you doing at this precise moment?
The only valid reason, if you do not listen to anything, it would be to have opened the Internet, and that small advertising videos are being played.
If you have not opened anything else, it is practically impossible to have this type of problem.
