since I updated windows 10  home (version 1809, i have no sound. I tried to download new driver but no luck.

I've followed all the very confusing instructions from Microsoft and am thoroughly frustrated!   Please help

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver for desktop PC's and restating the PC, gets the sound to work again...

 

VERSION: 6.10.6504.0
