hello,

am having strang sound issue. if I play a long video it appears as winds with the sound and if I stop the video for couple of minutes it desaper. I tried reinstall, delete and reinstall the driver but the isse still on help please .

Please do a clean install of the following driver first

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71569.exe

 

If that did not help, please try

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92001-92500/sp92073.exe

I did what you suggest but nothing changed
