I have a set of quad speakers and subwoofer that I would like to connect to my computer but don't have the labels for the connectors at the rear of my computer.  There are six recepticles.

It is a CTO machine therefore very hard to know what it has, only you know. Anyway, it should have same motherboard with the following machine

And at its back

  1. Optical S/PDIF-out port
  2. LAN
  3. USB 2.0: 2
  4. USB 3.0: 2
  5. DVI-D
  6. DVI-I
  7. Audio: center/subwoofer
  8. Audio: rear speaker out
  9. Audio: side speaker out
  10. Audio: Line in
  11. Audio: Line out
  12. Audio: Microphone

You can see all ports for audio (6 of them, from 7 to 12) are colors coded and your machine should have the same.
