Yes, after enabling, saving bios, boot up shows horizontle bli kung cursor only, then no any progress.

Enabling VT settings in bios, system shows only blinking cursor after that no progress on screen.

So you enable virtualization in the BIOS and save and exit but you can't start Windows.

 

I have no idea why this is happening.

 

Have never seen this behavior before.
