Hi,

 

A 3f0 error usually means the system/boot HDD is in trouble.

 

Run HP Diagnostics to confirm: Start the PC, tap "ESC".

 

Select "F2". Run system and component tests.

 

You may have to replace the HDD and reimage the operating system or reinstall the operating system. You will lose data if you don't do data backups. You may be able to recover data by connecting the failing HDD to a different PC as a data drive (internal SATA connection or a external SATA to USB 3.0 adapter).
