Product: Envy 750-137c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Green led solid on at plug but tower wont turn on. Have tried the resets and power cycling tests.

Just removed power supply and did basic no load voltage checks for 3, 5, and 12 vdc. Readings fine, no load. When plugged in while removed, fan runs and green led is off. When supply is back in cabinet and connected, then powered up,  fan does not run but green led is on solid. 
I have no clue since I’m not a pc tech or electronics guy. This Envy 750-134c is always plugged in and ready and have had no issues since new about five years ago. Only thing changed/added was a wireless connection to a new Eco Tank Epson printer of which I printed out on last night.
