8200 Elite USDT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 8200 Elite USDT (Ultra Slim Desktop) PC that I am trying to get to work. When I plug in the power adapter to the motherboard the green LED on the Motherboard comes on, then goes off about 2 secs later. I cannot power it up. I have to be doing something wrong because so far, with all drives removed from the system, I have tried:

1. Swapping motherboards

2. Swapped in a different processor

3. Tried 3 different power adapters

4. Tried different RAM, or no RAM on the motherboard

5. Shorting the pins on the power button to see if it is a bad power button

Nothing seems to work. What the heck could I be doing wrong here (other than trying to resurrect an old PC that does not want to run)??

I am all ears on this one and thanks in advance for any advice that can help.
