8710 problem

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a problem with the printer jamming with no apperant reason. All paths have been checked and double checked and there seems to be no blockage. Further i get on occasion of maybe one  time some times twice a week errors such as the panel light fashing for some reason. I do the some thing as far as booting my system the same way everyday. Anybody help figure this out

Is the paper being pulled in correctly -- not "skewed" ?

How old is the printer?

Could it have collected some dust, that blocks some sensor-lamp functioning?

Has it been recently "cleaned" ?

8710 problem

It's posible I missed something but unlikely, Been having some continuity problems from the beginning. How ever they, these problems, being anoying but not sufficiant to seek help before. Further HP from a user stand point seems to have a lousy system for complaints and resilutions. Although in an effort to trouble shoot i purchase a new hp 8710 and seem there is not the same issues, its working fine
