Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, just posting to see if i will get any replies if i post my error code after entering the admin password wrong three times? I have a HP stream which was annoyingly under group policy, so i took out the ssd and installed windows 10 via inserting the ssd into another laptop but it still wont boot, it says no operating system can be found? I know the usb ports are disabled but why wont it boot into windows 10 after installing on another laptop? I need to get into the bios to remove the secure boot thats my only option, someone please help!
