Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, after a firmware upgrade attempt, the computer rebooted and shows a screen stating Enter Administrator Password. I hit enter 3 times and get a different series of alpha-numeric characters each time, and this is the latest: 3A35EE7A

That is a Disable Code but we're not permitted to provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

If your PC reset your password on you, we can not help in that because we have no access to either the original or the new password.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
