Hi,

I am using this Desktop for two years. Undoubtedly this pc is giving me the quality performance, however from last few months (8-10 months) having a real issue. Whenever I am booting this pc a pop-up window comes up and it compromises the performance. A third-party website opens my default browser and asks me to do something, I have used so many methods it didn't worked for me. I don't want to erase my HDD.

Helping me with this issue will be appreciated.

if something strange is happening, maybe you have installed something unhealthy, and or you have a virus / malware
What exactly do you see?
