I have done all of the diagnostic tests and everything passes.  When I go to the command prompt all I is a X drive which has all of the Window files on it.  I have tried to do a system restore but am told a restore can't be found.  I am not sure if this is the correct computer that I listed.  The computer that is broken is

I tried 3 different browsers and their technical support page has mostly empty space

You had a 2 year warrantee.  You might call them and ask about who, if anyone, services the warrantee

You may need to do a Windows 10 "custom install" as described here

Do not do a repair as it just repeats what you tried.  Do the one where you keep your old files.
