After a power outage for 11 hours, can't start the computer. Power is gong to the computer.

@JimmyG39 -- your computer may have suffered from a "power surge", that may have damaged the power-supply, the motherboard, or the disk-drive, or the processor. Seek a professional computer technician for trouble-shooting.
