Product: HP 280 G3 Microtower PC - [Personal Information Removed]
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer, after upgrading the BIOS, cannot access the computer anymore, the screen is black and flashing for a long time but I cannot access the computer.
Although the bios upgrade was successful, there were no errors.
Could you show me how to fix the above error.

I press the F10 key to enter the bios system but it fails
