All In One Desktop blank start up screen

Hello All.  I purchased this computer brand new from HP less than 2 years ago.  I've had no problems with it until today.  I turn it on and nothing.  The power button is lit but nothing happens.  I've tried cleaning the screen as I know that can sometimes cause it to hang up, I've hard rebooted, I've tried rebooting and hitting the escape key repeatedly, I've hit F2....nothing is working.  Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get this thing to come on?  The last time I used it was about 3 months ago and it worked perfectly.  I always turn my computers completely off when not in use so I can't image what is going on.

Performing a hard reset to resolve a blank screen issue

  1. Turn off the computer.

  2. Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.

  3. Disconnect the AC power adapter.

  4. Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.

  5. Reconnect the AC power adapter.

  6. Turn on the computer.
