Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i (1W762AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP all-in-one desktop computer is not powering on although when I plug the power supply into the back of the computer the light is on but the computer will not power on have tried to do a hard reset with no luck. On the power supply it says there should be an output of 19.5 volts but it's only giving 18 is it a bad power supply?
