Hi @Vijay0074,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP All-in-One Desktop PC has completely switched off and won't power back on, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
Check Power Supply:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the PC and the wall outlet.
- Try plugging the PC into a different outlet or using a different power cord if available.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Disconnect the power cable from the desktop.
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to discharge any residual power.
- Reconnect the power cable and try turning on the desktop again.
Check for Power Indicator Lights:
- Look for any lights on the power button, back of the PC, or inside near the power supply to see if it's receiving power.
Test with Minimal Setup:
- Disconnect all peripherals (printers, USB devices, external hard drives, etc.) and try to power on the PC.
- If you have access to another power adapter (if it's removable), you can try using that as well.
Inspect for Damage or Overheating:
- Check for any physical damage to the power supply or the PC.
- Ensure the vents are not blocked, and the PC has not overheated (overheating can cause an automatic shutdown).
Try BIOS Recovery:
- If your PC shows no signs of life but the power indicator flashes, it could be a BIOS issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
