All-in-one caps lock blinking and won't come out of sleep
10-01-2019 02:42 PM

After leaving my computer to go into sleep and returning to it, all I get is a black screen and the caps lock blinking slowly but continuously. It requires a hard reboot (holding power button) to come back. If I shut it down through the start menu, it boots up fine. This only happens if left on to go into sleep mode.

Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:
- Ensure your device is OFF.
- Unplug all the external devices (If any).
- Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
- Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
- Connect the power supply (power cord).
- Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
