All-in-one pc does beeps when I start it and give black screen

Hp Pavillion All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc is an Hp Pav 23-q102nl AiO PC ITL

When I turni it on, it does 3 long beeps (1 second long each one) and then 3 short beeps and repeat that sequence 5 times. Then the pc stops for like 15-30 seconds and it begins again with the sequence. what do I do?nce

I bought a new ram 4 gb like the one I had already. I tried to replace the new one and put it with the old one (8 gb in total) but it didn't change anything. I dont have any additional component installed on the computer. I dont know where is the graphic chip card but I checked and it is all in the right place..
