All in one won't power on

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer was working fine today, however the tiny blue light indicating power was off just now, and I can't tun on the computer.

1. Plug a lamp, or the recharger unit for your mobile-phone, into the wall-outlet currently occupied by the power-cord for the computer, to check that the wall-outlet is working.

2. If your computer has an external power-supply with a "brick", is the brick warm to the touch, indicating that it is working?

3. Take a "multimeter" to measure the power-supply's output, to check the output voltage & wattage.

It was the AC adapter that was broken.  Thanks to everyone's help.
