I reviewed your post and I understand that the screen locks automatically as soon as you log in.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
You need to turn off the automatic lock screen option in the privacy settings.
Here is how it is done.
- Open the Activities overview and start typing Privacy.
- Click on Privacy to open the panel.
- Select Screen Lock.
- Make sure Automatic Screen Lock is switched Off.
In case if you are unable to follow the above steps, then perform a system restore following the steps in the below article back to the date when the computer was working fine.
