Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a HP Prodesk 600 GR SFF, HP 83EE, i3-8100 and the UHD Graphics 630 are my specs 12GB’s of RAM. My PC froze and got a Blue screen saying “CRITCAL_PROCESS_DIED”. I’m myself a tech enthusiast and such but ain’t don’t know how to fix this. Now I’m going to reinstall windows (I know I probably don’t need to but I want to anyways). Now how do I enter the automatic repair options in my PC? What’s the key?
