Automatic shutdown issue from 3 months ,HP is not providing services from2 month ,

Automatic shutdown ,any time from 2 months now the system is completely 📴 .

After your power-on your computer, does Windows start normally?

When it is running, feel the temperature of the warm air exhausting from the computer. Warm? Hot?

Do you hear a fan producing a lot of noise, indicating that a fan is spinning very quickly?

Is the computer sitting on a hard surface, not a soft cloth?

Is the computer inside a cabinet, or out in an open area?

After how many minutes of usage does it shutdown?

When it shuts down, are the sides of the computer's case warm to the touch?

After power on computer starts normally

Warm air exhausting

No fan produces a normal noise

Sitting on hard surface

Inside a cabinet

Shutdown after the usage of whole day of system.

After the shutdown, temperature of the side case are normal
