BIOHD-3 for no reason

i keep getting the error BIOHD-3 even with a 100% new ssd
could not even get it to boot and it f**ked up my first hdd i tried with it and made it unuseable (can read it but not reformat it)
please help
what i could see the motherboard is: HP 5189-1661 Asus M2N68-LA

That error typically means the hard drive has failed, however, since the hard drive has been replaced, then perhaps there is a motherboard problem. That model motherboard is old by computer standards and may have failed hardware. I would recommend having the hard drive and SSD tested on a known working system before going to much further.
