BIOS Diganostics failure

HP Recommended
HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone. i'm having a problem with my BIOS (i think its corrupted). So i was playing the other day and i had to disconnect my monitor for some time. so the pc was not even touched  till today. when i connect everything and boot it up it says bootdevice not found

go to diagnostics F2

Hard disk 3F0

and something more. so when i press f2 it sends me to a black screen which says

memory test

hard disk test

When i press memory test everything succeeds

when i press hard disk everything succeeds on quick and extended tests.

When i go to BIOS i try to change my boot order but it doesnt work. when i go to boot menu by F9. It shows me my hard drives (2 ssd and hhd) and when i select my Windows usb it still doesn't work. Sometimes when i turn the pc on it automatically goes to the diagnostics. BTW version
