BIOS update from .357 to .360 worth it?

HP Z800
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've read about some folks having issues with upgrading the BIOS from .357 to .360.  Something about the Power On BIOS Option no longer functioning, which, if I understand it correctly, will only restart the machine after a power outage (please feel free to elucidate me, if that is not the case).
The only thing that the HP literature seems to indicate that it addressess is a memory sinkhole issue for, "Some processors."
Unless it's providing additional support for peripherals or the like, and I'm not using it for rendering or enterprise level work, is it worth the risk/bother?

For what it's worth, I'm upgrading my 2x 5640's to 5675's soon.
Probably today.
Probably after lunch.

Thanks.
